Praying for Each Other

My old residence is now under contract for a little more than the asking price!! Even though the ad stated AS IS, the prospective owner may ask for some repairs. Pray for grace and mercy in this process - that the sale will proceed smoothly and fairly. May many people hear and obey God's word through the use of the sale for God's kingdom.
