For many years, Peggy has served in Women’s Ministry, Executive Leadership Development, Anti-trafficking and Women’s Studies within churches, non-profit organizations and seminaries with extensive experience in cross-cultural training for women in leadership. Today, she is the Global Ministry Director for TWR Women of Hope. She is married to Ken who is a Hospice chaplain.
Peggy received her BA in Christian Ministry and MA in Religion and Counseling from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and her Doctor of Ministry from Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon. She has been an adjunct professor at Western Seminary in Oregon, Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and Calvary Baptist Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri, and Dallas Theological Seminary teaching classes on Women and Leadership, Women in the life of Christ, Role of Women in the Church and Pastoral Care for Victims and Survivors of Human Sex Trafficking. Peggy is part of the faculty and mentoring program with Christian Leadership Alliance and is currently completing a writing project on Spiritual Restorative Care for Survivors of Sexual Abuse. She has spoken numerous times at National and International conferences and has trained leaders globally in Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas. Whenever Peggy is speaking, teaching or writing her passion is to:
- Engage in discussion about identity and purpose
- Expand our knowledge of God, His Word and culture
- Equip in natural and relevant service leadership
- Develop a personal action plan to influence the world for Jesus Christ
